  • Once you have have found something you love, choose your preferred design and click on 'ADD TO CART' button. Review items on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Lil' Haven is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
  • Once an order is placed, if the customer chooses to cancel that order, they will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the purchase.
  • No. We like to keep your shopping with Lil' Haven stress-free, requiring only the information necessary for shipping and payment details. Setting up an account will only take a jiffy and by doing so, we ensure even easier and swifter shopping next time.


Lil' Haven accept the following payment options:

  • Paypal accepts VISA & Mastercard credit/debit cards even if you don't have a Paypal account. On the paypal checkout page, click the pay with debit or credit card tab. 
  • Cash on Delivery accepted in the Philippines and is limited to Metro Manila its surrounding cities only.
  • For bank deposit, the bank account information is indicated during the checkout process. Should you miss this information, kindly email us at lilhaven.ph@gmail.com


  • We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
  • We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means absolute security and privacy. Our security certificate is provided to us by RapidSSL, one of the leading providers for online security.
  • We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.


  • We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the Philippines. Orders are processed by 15:00 HKT each business day, so please keep this in mind when purchasing something that is required ASAP. 
  • Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email stating that your order is 'awaiting fulfillment' this means it is waiting to be sent out and usually is shipped the same day or next day after ordering, excluding weekends.


  • Shipping fee for all products is free of charge WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES. Delivery fee may be charged for those with special requests.
  • All items will be delivered via LBC Express unless notified. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to track their order at https://www.lbcexpress.com/. Once order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they chose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.  
  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.  
  • We encourage customers to track parcels. Lil' Haven is not responsible for fault of delivery by our partner courier. Please let us know but we are not able to refund in these circumstances. 
  • As we are an online store, unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases, or viewing prior to purchasing. If you urgently need your order, please email us at lilhaven.ph@gmail.com



  • Lil' Haven may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur and full amount will be refunded.
  • You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 


  • Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at lilhaven.ph@gmail.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.


  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Lil' Haven does not accept returns for sale items.
  • Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition. This includes packaging and your packing slip. Lil' Haven reserves the right to deny a credit note if item/s are returned  damaged in any way.
